Remote Lock Image  Retained for 180 days and a maximum of 100,000 records per device
Packets Retained for 180 days and a maximum of 100,000 records per device
Action History Retained for 180 days and a maximum of 100,000 records per device
Audit Log Retained for 365 days

All tracking data can be deleted at any time at both the device and account levels, and it will be removed automatically from our servers upon the account's deletion.
