      Steps to Use Broadcast Templates

      1. Navigate to the Senturo Dashboard

      • Log in to your Senturo dashboard.
      • Navigate to the "Broadcasts" feature.

      2. Access Templates

      • Select the "Message Template" tab.
      • Choose from existing broadcast message templates.
        • If the list is empty, click the "New message" icon to create a new template.

      3. Create a New Broadcast Template

      • Click the "New Message" icon.


      • A modal will open; select "Create template"

      • Enter:
        • Template Name
        • Message Content
        • Images (if required)
      • Click the "Save" button to store the new template.

      4. Reuse and Edit Templates

      • To use a saved template, click "+ New message."
      • Click "Create broadcast."
      • Select "Use template."
      • Choose the template you want to use for your broadcast.
      • You can edit the message content as needed before sending it.
      • Click the "Send" button to broadcast the message to your devices.
