  • Select the "Message Template" tab.
  • Choose from existing broadcast message templates.
    • If the list is empty, click the "New message" icon to create a new template.

3. Create a New Broadcast Template

  • Click the "New Message" icon.


  • A modal will open; select "Create template"

  • Enter:
    • Template Name
    • Message Content
    • Images (if required)
  • Click the "Save" button to store the new template.
