Steps to Send an Immediate Group Broadcast
1. Access the Data Import Page

In the Senturo dashboard, go to Account Settings.

Click the Data Import tab.

In the Select data type dropdown, choose Send immediate group broadcast.
2. Prepare Your CSV File
Your CSV must include the following mandatory columns:

Group Slug
– Group(s) the broadcast will be sent to -
Broadcast Name
– The title of your broadcast -
Broadcast Content
– The message content

Download a template via the Download Template button, or

Create your own CSV using these exact headers.
3. Upload the CSV File
