Steps to Send an Immediate Group Broadcast

1. Access the Data Import Page

  • In the Senturo dashboard, go to Account Settings.

  • Click the Data Import tab.

  • In the Select data type dropdown, choose Send immediate group broadcast.

2. Prepare Your CSV File

Your CSV must include the following mandatory columns:

  • Group Slug – Group(s) the broadcast will be sent to

  • Broadcast Name – The title of your broadcast

  • Broadcast Content – The message content

You can:

  • Download a template via the Download Template button, or

  • Create your own CSV using these exact headers.

3. Upload the CSV File

  • Drag and drop your file or click Browse Files.

  • Once selected, click Upload Data.

  • Senturo will show a preview of the mapped fields from your CSV.
