Steps to Set Up Scheduled Events

1. Access Security Policy Automation

  • Navigate to the Senturo dashboard.
  • Click on the "Security Policy Automation" option.

2. Add Automation

  • Click on the "Add Automation" button.

3. Select Scheduled Events Rule

  • On the rules page, select "Scheduled Events."

     

  • You can either select a saved schedule or create a new one.

4. Create a New Scheduled Event

  • To create a new scheduled event, name your policy.
  • Define the schedule as desired.
  • Specify the recurrence pattern for your events:
    • Choose between recurring or one-time schedules.
  • Click "Save" before moving to the next stage.


5. Select Device Groups

  • You will then move to the device groups page.
  • Select the specific device groups to which the scheduled events will apply.

6. Define Actions for Scheduled Events

  • On the actions page, specify the actions to be performed during scheduled events. The available actions for scheduled events are:
    • Senturo LockSend Broadcast
    • Send Email to Admin
    • Set Missing Mode
    • Pull Current Location
    • Take Screenshots
    • Pull Current Network Data



7. Schedule Actions

  • After defining actions, proceed to the scheduling page.
