# Resetting Your Password

## Regain Access to Your Senturo Account

### Introduction

This article guides you through the process of resetting your Senturo password. Whether you've forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps to regain access to your account.

### Steps to Reset Your Password

#### 1. Navigate to the Login Page

**Access Password Reset:**

- Open your web browser
- Go to **[https://app.senturo.com/signin](https://app.senturo.com/signin)**
- Look for the **Forgot Password?** link below the login form

#### 2. Click Forgot Password

**Initiate Reset Process:**

- Click the **Forgot Password?** link
- You'll be directed to the password reset page

#### 3. Enter Your Email Address

**Provide Account Information:**

- Enter the email address associated with your Senturo account
- Ensure you enter the exact email used for your account
- Click **Reset Password**

#### 4. Check Your Email

**Locate Reset Email:**

- Check your inbox for an email from Senturo
- The subject line will be "Password Reset"
- The email will arrive within a few minutes
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it

#### 5. Click the Reset Link

**Access Reset Page:**

- Click the **Reset Password** button or link in the email
- This link is valid for 24 hours
- You'll be directed to the password creation page
