      Follow these steps to retrieve Senturo logs from Windows Event Viewer for troubleshooting purposes.

      1. Access Event Viewer:
        • Click Start, type Event Viewer into the search box, and click Event Viewer.
      2.   Expand Windows Logs:
        • Once Event Viewer is opened, you will notice lots of information in numerous sections. Most of the information needed for troubleshooting will be found under Windows Logs on the left side of your screen.

      Retrieving Senturo Logs

      To retrieve logs specific to Senturo, follow these steps:

      1. Access Senturo Logs:

        • Click on Applications and Service Logs.
        • Double-click SenturoServiceLog.

      2. Clear Events:

        • Clear the events for Senturo to ensure you are capturing relevant data.

        • Navigate to your Senturo Dashboard.
        • Select the device and set the device to Missing mode for 30 minutes.
