# Chromebook Screenshots

## Understanding Limitations and Restrictions

When a user is on a blank Google page, such as the Web Store or a new blank tab on Google Chrome, Senturo cannot capture the screen due to restrictions put in place by Google. Currently, we are unable to bypass this restriction.

**Q: Why can't Senturo capture screenshots on certain Google pages?** A: To protect user privacy and security, Google has implemented restrictions on capturing screenshots on blank pages such as the Web Store or new tabs.

**Q: Are there any workarounds for capturing screenshots on restricted pages?** A: Currently, there are no workarounds to bypass these restrictions. Senturo adheres to Google's security and privacy policies.

**Q: Will this limitation affect other functionalities of Senturo on Chromebooks?** A: No, this limitation only affects the ability to capture screenshots on specific Google pages. Other functionalities of Senturo will remain unaffected.
